My name is Neal Samudre, and I’m the author of the Joyletter.

Just like you, I also wanted to make positive changes in my life. From exercising more to getting out of debt, I had plenty of aspirations to make my life better.

In the midst of this, I spent over half a decade researching joy and positive psychology, just for fun.

It was then I came across one conclusion: we stick to the things we enjoy.
